Raised Foundations
Our homes are built on concrete pier foundations which raise the building above the ground. We decided on this type of foundation for two reasons; firstly, it enables greater flexibility in site selection by allowing the homes to be built on slopes and uneven ground and secondly it allows for greater resistance to harsh natural occurrences such as gale force winds, earthquakes etc.

Modular Design
With our modular design the home-owner is in control – you can tailor the size of your TrueBuild home according to your family requirements and your budget by selecting the design in the most appropriate of the three sizes available The developer benefits in the same way - he has the ability to offer clients choice which gives him the ability to react to real-time demand, thereby boosting sales efficiency.

Demountable & Transportable Design
We pride ourselves on the fact that our homes are solid and last a lifetime and yet can be built, delivered and assembled on-site in a matter of months from order, and furthermore they can be relocated within a matter of days. This is a key feature of your TrueBuild home – your home is as permanent as you want it to be, whilst allowing you the flexibility to relocate at your pleasure. For some this is a core reason for choosing TrueBuild, while others may never use this aspect of the design. In all cases, however, it is a very useful attribute that allows you to react to unforeseen circumstances.

Energy efficiency
Our homes are fully insulated throughout making them highly energy efficient. This makes our homes environmentally friendly and cost effective.

TrueBuild Homes Ltd. is a construction company based in Bulgaria, specialising in the design and construction of transportable and demountable prefabricated homes. The company is run by British and Australian management, with over 30 years experience in the construction of prefabricated homes.

For the Bulgarian retail customer we provide attractive second/holiday homes that are competitively priced, fast to construct, simple to maintain and ready to move into in a matter of months.

Services

Design

We are currently producing the lodge for sale. If you view "Current Developments" you can view the other designs we have under development. For larger orders we would be delighted to work with you on designs tailored to your requirements.

Transport

In Bulgaria we will arrange for transport from our manufacturing facility to the construction site. For customers outside Bulgaria (Croatia, Czech Republic, Greece, Romania, Spain, Turkey, UK), we prefer for transport arrangements to be carried out by our clients. However, if this is not possible we will undertake responsibility for transport by prior agreement.

Assembly

We can build between five and ten homes per month depending on the complexity of the current order book. For orders of over ten homes, a phased assembly schedule is planned and coordinated in collaboration with the developer.

Interiors

We do not provide interior packages ourselves. However, our partners will do all they can to assist you in selecting kitchen, bathroom and furniture to suit you.

Maintenance

Demounting

Should you wish to move your home from the initial location in which we built it for you, we will do this for you. This should take no more than 7 days at the existing site and a further 7 days at the new site.

Guarantee

We offer a 10 year guarantee for all our homes. The terms and conditions of the guarantee are available on request.

Our Prices

At TrueBuild we offer flexibility to suit most customer profiles, this makes exact pricing a little difficult as it is dependent upon model, model size, size of order and finishing. However, as an indication our homes range from €300 to €450 per m2 with prices calculated on the basis of the footprint.
